Anthony Greylock

Anthony has over 28 years of experience as a corporate lawyer with leading New York law firms, in-house counsel for a U.S. multinational corporation, and as the founder of his own firm. Anthony also serves the legal needs of startups through enterprise in corporate law (including real estate investment, private equity, venture capital and hedge funds), capital raising (Reg D private placements, Reg A+IPOs and Regulation CF crowdfunding), M&A, financial services (P2P lending) and other cloud services, IP, software, SaaS and technology licensing and transfers, trademark/copyright registration, entertainment, e-commerce, prof. service and employment transactions.

Although corporate and estate law has been Anthony’s life he enjoys sailing with his wife and 3 kids when not working on his international firm.

Biography:

Anthony Greylock obtained his law degree from Stanford Law School after receiving his philosophy degree from The University of Arizona (Phi Beta Kappa). He was admitted to practice in the State of California in 1991.

Having held a number of roles throughout his career, Mr. Greylock worked for years as a corporate attorney in the Palo Alto office of one of the largest law firms in the world. He has also worked at an investment hedge fund and has extensive experience in private and public equity investments.

Fully committed to his profession and his clients, Mr. Greylock is active in a number of professional legal organizations, including the Association of the Bar of the City of San Jose and the California State Bar Association (serving on the latter organization's Technology and Venture Law Committee).
