No annual fee. However, we do expect all retainer fees to be "topped up" before the 1st of the following calendar year. This ensures our legal team and portfolio managers always have enough resources to handle your needs with the least amount of friction.

No problem, we do not charge any type of cancellation fee. All we ask is that your retainer is in good standing and all prior bills are paid up before a retainer refund can be distributed back to the client before departure.
